process launch failed hatası ...

Arkadaşlar xcode da uygulamayı derlerken "process launch failed: timed out waiting for app to launch"  hatasını veriyor. Çalışırken hiç bir hata yok sadece başlarken veriyor. Sebebini anlamadım ama bu şekilde bir kaç kere gönderdim App Store bu şekilde hatayla uygulamayı reddetti.

We discovered one or more bugs in your app when reviewed on iPad running iOS 9 on both Wi-Fi and cellular networks.

Specifically, upon launch your app does not load/display any content and/or features.

Please run your app on a device to identify the issue(s), then revise and resubmit your app for review. 

If we misunderstood the intended behavior of your app, please reply to this message in the Resolution Center to provide information on how these features were intended to work.

For new apps, uninstall all previous versions of your app from a device, then install and follow the steps to reproduce the issue(s). Forupdates, install the new version as an update to the previous version, then follow the steps to reproduce the issue(s).
